It's all this digital crap, and when we had it, our phone was once out for over two weeks. Wonderful if we had an emergency, eh? I'll stick with Bellsouth and DirectTV! Crotchcast has been pretty good for me so far, but I was having a LOT of problems with the cable modem they'd given us. Definitely call them up, or look into getting a new modem. My old one was so awful, it'd die at least 15 times a day - had to unplug it and let it sit there for a bit then plug it back in. |
